We identified the issue and implemented a fix. The delayed payouts from September 10 are scheduled to be deposited on September 12. The scheduled payouts on September 11 are not affected.

Some merchants may not see the payout from September 11 in their back office. Please rest assured that payouts for September 11 have been processed as normal, and funds have been sent to your designated account. Our technical team is working to resolve the display issue as quickly as possible. Your funds are not affected, and no further action is required from your side.
