Canada Post is still experiencing intermittent issues with their rating service. We spoke with UPS and they confirmed that their Rating API was fully down. Traffic has started to return for most merchants. We are currently observing an ongoing issue with Shopify affecting webhook processing. As a result, some merchants may experience delays in webhook deliveries. ShipStation is currently experiencing higher than normal latency. This is causing some rating requests to timeout and resort to fallback rates. We will update this incident once we have more information.

Shopify has released the following recommendations to users: "To temporarily resolve this issue, reconfiguring any missing shipping zones, states, or provinces in the admin should restore shipping functionality at checkout. Check each shipping zone that you have configured, and ensure that there are states or provinces selected." All changs should be made within the Shopify admin. No changes are necessary within Intuitive Shipping.
