We are currently investigating an incident affecting SIMs with the G2 profile (prefix 89357*). The issue is impacting Diameter and SS7 traffic, which may result in: • Failed or delayed SIM registrations • Loss of connectivity for some devices • Inability to establish new data sessions Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working with our upstream partners to restore normal service.
