Update timeline

  1. investigating Jun 12, 2025, 06:40 PM UTC

We are monitoring an upstream outage with Google Cloud services across regions. This may affect customers with workspaces in GCP regions, use GCP-hosted sources or destinations, or have GCS buckets. The impact may include elevated sync errors, longer queue times, and other issues in the Hightouch platform. We expect service to recover once the upstream GCP issue is resolved.

  2. investigating Jun 12, 2025, 07:06 PM UTC

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

  3. monitoring Jun 12, 2025, 08:01 PM UTC

We're continuing to monitor the upstream incident with Google Cloud. At this time, the Hightouch GCP us-east4 and europe-west1 regions have recovered from systemic issues. We are still monitoring elevated error rates from our BigQuery integration. Hightouch customers who use BigQuery as a source continue to see degraded service.

  4. resolved Jun 12, 2025, 09:04 PM UTC

We are observing recovery of upstream errors for customers using GCP-hosted sources, destinations, storage buckets, and related services.
