Currently we are investigating an issue that the option to auto approve/deny option in Self Service Products in Service Automation no longer functions like they are supposed to. In some cases the action is not executed and in some cases we noted that an auto deny got approved. We're busy with investigating the issue and will update the page as soon as an solution is found. When your organization is using the auto approve/deny options please keep posted on this issue.
