    The connection issues seem to be resolved. We are currently investigating what caused this issue.

    Around 9 o'clock, Azure had one instance that was indicating very slow response times (more than 200 seconds) for over 80% of requests within 5 min. This instance had become slow for unknown reasons. After the restart, everything seems to be working fine again. However, because the instance continued to receive requests during the restart, customers may have experienced problems for up to 20 minutes if their requests were routed to that instance.
