We are continuing to closely monitor the situation with our cloud provider (AWS) and their ongoing outage impacting Internet services across the web. We still are seeing slowness and occasional login failures on Great Minds' digital platform and expect that to continue until AWS resolves the underlying issues.

AWS has resolved the main underlying issue. However, there still remains an AWS issue affecting our services. We are working with Amazon Web Services support engineers to identify and resolve the issue. In the meantime users will not be able to login or use the platform.

There is currently a known issue impacting Eureka Math Squared and the Analyze reports which the Great Minds team is working on with high priority. As teachers score and close assessments, the reporting data does not display in the platform. There is no data loss. The root cause has been discovered and a resolution is being worked on. We are working to restore the Analyze feature for Eureka Math Squared as quickly as possible. There is no data loss. We expect restoration of the reports will not occur today. We will update with a projection of when the reports will be restored by end of day today.

We expect Analyze to be restored by Wednesday morning. The process to migrate the data for reports is proceeding. We are monitoring it closely and have tuned it as much as we can at this time. We will update again if our projected restoration time changes or by end of day Tuesday to confirm we are still on track for a Wednesday restoration time.

We are still expecting Analyze to be fully restored tomorrow morning. Some reports may be partially loaded. Some may be completely loaded. We expect all reports for all teachers and classes to be functional tomorrow morning. We will update again when we confirm that reports are fully operational for Eureka Math Squared.

We are continuing work to resolve the Analyze reporting issue with high priority. This issue impacts teacher reports. Administrator CSV reports are not impacted. In the meantime, we recommend teachers score assessments and make sure to click the "Finish Score" button so that timely and accurate data can be processed overnight in Administrator CSV reports.

There is currently an issue with the Digital Platform Analyze reports, preventing them from generating, that the Great Minds teams are working on with the highest priority. This impacts all teacher or class level report viewing. Once it is resolved there will not be any data loss within the reports. This status page will be updated once a fix is released and confirmed.
