   We are investigating an issue causing PowerPoint slides to fail to load on the Digital Platform. This issue may impact users attempting to view content that includes PowerPoint presentations. As a workaround, users can still download PowerPoint files from the Digital Platform and open them directly on their device. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal functionality. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

   We have identified an issue where Microsoft's PowerPoint web viewer fails to load slide previews on the Digital Platform. This issue may impact users attempting to view content that includes PowerPoint presentations. As a workaround, users can still download PowerPoint files from the Digital Platform and open them directly on their device. We have submitted a support ticket to Microsoft with the information needed to resolve the issue. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

   PowerPoint previews should be loading now. If you do not see the preview loading still, please work with your IT group to add view.officeapps.live.com to the list of approved domains.
