Is Granola down?

Status: Investigating We're receiving reports that login pages for Granola are not loading. At the moment this looks like an outage of our third-party auth provider - we've escalated to them and are investigating any mitigations. Status: Identified A third-party service we use for logins and authorization is currently experiencing an outage. This is affecting all new logins to Granola, and some currently-logged-in users may experience degraded app functionality, such as notes not loading or Chat queries not working. Status: Investigating It looks like the service we use to transcribe notes on iOS is down - we're investigating and will provide an update shortly. Any meetings that you've started transcribing for will be transcribed once we're back up and running.

Status: Investigating We've identified the cause of the issue and some mitigations are showing early signs of recovery. We've got a bit of a backlog of notes to process though, so it might still be a bit slow to get your notes - we'll update here when things are back to normal. Status: Resolved Transcribing and generating notes on iOS should be working as normal. If you've got a note that still appears to not be generated, tap it to open and then tap 'end' to retry, If you're still having issues, send us some logs from your device by tapping your profile picture to get to settings, then "contact support" and toggle "include diagnostics". Status: Investigating New threads in Granola Chat aren't getting auto-generated titles as we would expect. We're looking into why this is and will deploy a fix shortly. Affected components Desktop App (Degraded performance) iOS App (Degraded performance)

Status: Resolved We've identified the issue and implemented a fallback so chat threads should now be generating correctly. Affected components Desktop App (Operational) iOS App (Operational)

Status: Identified We've identified an issue with Granola Mobile failing to transcribe and summarize some notes. This appears to be an issue with our transcription provider, so we're following up with them. Notes that fail to transcribe as a result of this can be retried later, once this issue is resolved.
