    We are currently experiencing Single Sign-On (SSO) login issues affecting users in the US, EU, and CA regions. Impacted users may be unable to sign in at this time. Our engineering teams are actively investigating and working to restore normal authentication services as quickly as possible.

    Our engineering team has identified the issue and confirmed that the impact is limited to customers in the US and EU regions. A hotfix is currently being prepared, and we expect services to return to normal within approximately one hour. During this time, customers may continue to experience intermittent impact.
