    Customer Impact: A subset of our on-prem DSPM customers may experience an inability to login to the DSPM Portal. Multi-tenant SaaS and Single-tenant SaaS customers are not affected by this incident. Description: We are currently experiencing a problem which is impacted a subset of our on-premises DSPM customers. We have identified the problem and a remediation is currently underway. We will revert with additional information as we make progress with our investigation.

Description: We are currently experiencing a problem which is impacted a subset of our on-premises DSPM customers. We are currently performing a thorough validation of the fix before we apply it to the production environment.

Description: We have initiated the process of rolling out the fix in a phased approach, prioritizing affected tenants in the US region.

Description: Rollout of the fix continues and we are proceeding ahead with deploying the fix in other regions as well.

We are pending deployment for tenants in EMEA region which we expect to complete shortly.
