SMS Delivery Delays

SMS messages sent from Floify may be delayed. Our SMS Provider, Twilio, is currently reporting network delays with T-Mobile, which can impact outbound SMS communications from our system, including the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) feature. While we monitor this issue, if you have any difficulty logging in due to your MFA method being set on T-Mobile, you can reach out to your admin team or to our support team for assistance resetting your method. We recommend adding email as a method in addition to SMS, along with using the backup codes provided when the feature is initially set up. We will provide update as it becomes available to us here.
