Sandbox: System migration to new data centre

Update timeline

   As a part of our system upgrades Fat Zebra are migrating sandbox services into a new data centre which will improve capacity, speed and reliability. In order to make this change we will be transitioning in two stages: * Migration of the Sandbox environment and verification - details in this notice. * Migration of the Live environment and verification These migrations will involve a database migration which will result in downtime of approximately 1 hour. Following these changes the public IP addresses of Fat Zebra Sandbox services will be updated to direct traffic to the new servers. If your system whitelists IP addresses please contact [email protected] for the new addresses prior to this change. The migration for the Live environment will take place a few weeks after this change and a separate Scheduled Maintenance announcement will be posted.    Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.

   This migration has been postponed until Saturday 28th February between 10pm and 3am Sunday 29th February due to issues uncovered during final testing.

   Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

   All services on *.sandbox.fatzebra.com.au have been migrated and are currently working as expected. We are continuing verification and will provide more details where required.

7. monitoring Feb 27, 2016, 03:11 PM UTC

   All services has been successfully migrated and we are monitoring to ensure there are no ongoing issues following the migration. If any issues are experienced following this migration please contact [email protected].
