91 - Host or Switch Unavailable errors affecting Westpac merchants
Resolved after 3 hours 22 minutes, affecting Gateway: Westpac & Bank of Melbourne, on September 1, 2020.
We have reached out to Westpac who advised that they were having system issues which was responsible for these transaction decline. Westpac advised that their system recovered at 12:55 and we haven’t seen any issues since.

We are currently investigating a problem with Westpac merchants receiving '91 - Host or Switch Unavailable' responses for all transactions.
