We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity with our Legacy Portal that will affect user's ability to access the portal and its features. The hosting provider has experienced a network interruption and actively working towards restoring services. We will update the status page as soon as we have more information.

Issue reported as resolved now. Seems like little to no impact as they proactively directed traffic away from the problem ISP.
