MTN has confirmed that 2G services have been permanently discontinued. Meanwhile, 3G access remains temporarily restricted while we continue validating its stability. Dear emnify Customers, As previously communicated, MTN has permanently discontinued its 2G services. We understand this broader network change may also influence 3G availability, and we are in contact with MTN to gain further clarity. 4G service on MTN is expected to be operational, and we are coordinating with the operator to further validate overall performance. For alternative networks, both Glo and Airtel continue to operate normally. We are observing successful traffic across 2G, 3G, and 4G on these networks.
