Update timeline

  1. identified Jun 12, 2026, 01:16 PM UTC

Status: Identified About 23,996 hotels have been unavailable via Travelport. The team has identified the problem to be a side effect of our mapping provider having deleted these entries (and us inheriting said deletions). We have since worked to restore missing inventory and have worked with Travelport’s recommendation to an update in our search payload to reduce (but not fully eliminate) risk from deleted information. We are communicating actively with our mapping provider to give us more details on why this has occurred and how we can avoid it altogether. Affected components Travelport (Partial outage)

  2. monitoring Jun 12, 2026, 01:49 PM UTC

Status: Monitoring We have confirmed that our rollouts from Travelport’s recommendation to reduce risk from accidental deletions is now in production. Content should now be available as normal via Travelport, but we are still communicating with our mapping supplier to ensure this never happens again. Affected components Travelport (Operational)
