Update timeline

  1. investigating Oct 29, 2025, 04:23 PM UTC

Currently we are experiencing errors in DonorPerfect, Online Forms Classic, Drag-N-Drop and ReadySetAuction where images are not rendering. This is causing issues with our site as well as Forms. This appears to be connected to a widespread outage affecting many online services. We apologize and are working on resolving this.

  2. identified Oct 29, 2025, 04:55 PM UTC

Our third-party vendor responsible for hosting images used in DonorPerfect Online Forms, RSA, and DonorPerfect has confirmed they are experiencing technical issues. This is a high-priority issue for them, and they are actively working toward a resolution. While your online forms will continue to process as normal, you may experience significantly slower load times due to the image hosting disruption. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to provide updates here.

  3. identified Oct 29, 2025, 05:44 PM UTC

We are continuing to work with our vendor as they resolve this outage. In addition to the image issue and slow loading of our online forms, ReadySetAuction control center and ReadySetAuction event websites are not loading at this time and will eventually produce an error. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to keep you updated here.

  4. monitoring Oct 29, 2025, 08:08 PM UTC

Our third-party vendor has confirmed that the outage appears to be resolved. Your forms should now load correctly, and RSA should function as expected. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure full stability, but at this time, we believe the issue has been successfully resolved.

  5. resolved Oct 30, 2025, 01:21 PM UTC

We haven’t seen any further issues, and our vendor has confirmed that the problem has been successfully resolved. Images are now displaying correctly, and RSA is up and running again.
