Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Cielo transaction processing. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Impact: Merchants processing through the Cielo gateway may run into intermittent authorization ESYSTEM errors. The partner reports that the issue has been resolved, and processing is resuming normally. We are monitoring closely to ensure the issue is resolved.
