    We have identified the issue affecting the transaction processing for clients/processors in North America. The issue was found to be specific to the following BINs: 410039, 410040, and 410849; however, no issue within Cybersource was identified as attributable to this incident. We appreciate your patience as we work urgently to implement a mitigation. Impact: Merchants processing through Paymentech/Smartpay may experience some latency.
