Cybersource was aware of an issue that affected Bluefin, a POS terminal service that intermittently failed transactions. The issue is now mitigated and we are monitoring closely to ensure the issue is resolved. Impact: POS transactions that ran through our Bluefin POS terminal product may have failed. The issue that affected Bluefin, a POS terminal service has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.
