   Message: We are currently experiencing delays in processing new transactions and address balance calculations across multiple chains via the Crystal Expert API. Our DevOps team has identified the root cause as a hardware issue on one of our critical infrastructure servers. Active mitigation efforts are currently underway to address the hardware fault and restore standard synchronization and processing speeds. We will provide our next update within 30 minutes or as soon as the mitigation is fully deployed.
