  3. investigating Oct 24, 2026, 12:54 AM UTC

We are currently investigating a connection issue affecting our newly migrated API endpoint (apiexpert.crystalintelligence.com). Users attempting to connect to this new domain are currently encountering an "Invalid SSL certificate" error (Error code 526). Please note that our legacy endpoint (apiexpert.crystalblockchain.com) remains fully operational and is completely unaffected by this issue. Clients who are in the middle of their migration can continue to route their requests through the legacy endpoint without any interruption to their services. Our engineering team is actively working with our infrastructure providers to resolve the certificate configuration for the new domain. We will provide our next update within 30 minutes or as soon as access is restored.
