Mercury Network Order Acceptance via SMS Temporarily Unavailable

We are currently experiencing a temporary interruption affecting appraisers who attempt to accept Mercury Network orders through SMS/text messages. While order notification text messages may be received, responses sent by text are not being processed. Appraisers are not notified that the acceptance was unsuccessful and may believe the order has been accepted. Workaround: Until SMS order acceptance is restored, appraisers should log in to vendors.mercuryvmp.com and accept orders directly through the Mercury Network vendor site rather than responding by text message. Our teams are actively working to restore SMS inbound processing, with a fix currently targeted for the October 28, 2026 release. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
