Property Tax Estimator (PTE): Important notice regarding third-party link in certain Cotality reports

   Cotality has identified an issue with a third-party website link included in certain reports provided through our solutions. The link, which relates to Douglas County, Nebraska taxing authority contact information, leads to an external website that is not owned or operated by Cotality. Cotality has temporarily stopped sending URLs associated with the impacted domain. We are removing the URL from affected files and will resume delivery once that work is complete. Customers should not access or click the affected third-party link, including from reports previously received or downloaded. Because those reports cannot be updated retroactively, customers should continue to avoid the affected link in copies they may already have. We will provide additional information if needed.
