    We are currently experiencing a partial outage on our phone system. The issue is intermittent and affects both inbound and outbound calls, so you may have trouble getting through to us and we may be unable to call you back. If you cannot reach us by phone, please send us an email or start a chat and we will pick it up there. All other support channels are working as normal. We are investigating and will post updates as soon as we know more.

    We are aware of an issue where it shows "undefined" in currency fields. We are investigating the cause of this issue.

    There was a fix implemented for this problem and it should work going forward. Please refresh your browser if you are still getting "undefined" where currency symbol is expected. We will monitor changes for the next few hours before resolving this .

    We are aware of a delay in records getting updated on the "Jobs" page of the application. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
