    CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a network outage in our Zurich and Geneva clusters. Connectivity has been restored, and we are working on recovering the rest of the services in the cloud. Please excuse us for the caused inconvenince.

    There was an unexpected simultaneous reboot of devices within the cloud network. That resulted in network loss for all storage nodes within the cloud. Most of the virtual drives were returned to an active state, but there are still virtual drives shown in an "unavailable" state. We are working on restoring the storage operations for all virtual drives in the cluster.

    We would like to inform you that the issue was fixed for the Geneva cloud. There is a small number of virtual drives showing in an "unavailable" state in the Zurich cluster.
