    We are investigating a potential issue with Firewall As As service & RAVPN affecting customers connecting to the US (Virginia) data center. There may be a traffic disruption for Firewall-as-a-Service, and RAVPN VPN connections will be impacted. Our engineering team is actively working to confirm the impact, identify the root cause, and implement a resolution.Updates and additional details will be provided as new information becomes available.
