Maintenance Details Cisco performed emergency maintenance on the load-balancing infrastructure supporting internet traffic in the US East region. The activity addressed a known issue with the existing load balancer and involved removing the affected load-balancing component to restore service stability. Impact During the maintenance window, customers using the affected US East environment may have experienced intermittent connectivity issues when accessing internet traffic. Service recovered after the mitigation was completed, and monitoring alerts began to clear automatically. No customer action was required.
