Due to a shortage of available IP addresses in US East (us-east-1), VPN engineering team is proactively rebalancing IP pools in the region. During this activity, customers may experience a brief connection interruption and may need to reconnect to resume service. This is a temporary mitigation. We recommend maintaining at least 2x IP capacity relative to connected users to prevent similar situations in the future. Our engineering team is actively working to distribute IP load more evenly and confirm the impact. Updates and additional details will be provided as new information becomes available.
