We have a problem with some of our systems at the moment. It means that some online card payments that need security checks aren't working right now. You can still use your card in shops, and with Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also withdraw cash and transfer money. Your Direct Debits and standing orders aren't affected. If you've got an important payment impacted by this, we'll make things right for you once we've sorted the issue. We're sorry for any problems this causes you.
