We received reports that transactions processed through Checkout.com remained in the “In Progress” state in Chargebee, even after being successfully captured at the gateway. This resulted in a temporary delay in updating the payment status in Chargebee for a few merchants using Checkout.com. The issue has now been resolved. All affected payments will be processed accordingly, and new transactions are being processed as expected. No action is required from merchants. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
