    We are currently investigating an issue affecting the syncing of invoices and credit notes to Avalara for some customers. Our team has identified that the failure is due to validation errors. We are working to resolve this and will provide updates as we make progress. Please note that there is no impact on any newly created invoices and credit notes, and they are syncing as expected.
