    The temporary issue has been resolved, and the service is now fully operational. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Incident Time: February 13, 2026, 16:16 – 16:26 (KST) Affected Scope: IB/OB calls that occurred between 16:16 and 16:26. There is a possibility of an additional 5–10 minutes of impact due to a call that occurred at 16:26. Cause: An issue occurred during server deployment while applying a fix for the intermittent recording omission issue. Resolution: Server rollback. Temporary issue has been detected with Phone feature. We are currently investigating the cause and will provide updates shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
