   Hello! Since 18:15 UTC, we're having some issues with processing ERC20 tokens payouts. Because of that, you might see the status stuck on "sending to you" and it won't update. Our tech team is on it and already working on a fix. We’ll update you in several hours. Thanks for hanging in there!

   Thank you for waiting. The issue that caused this incident has been resolved and all the new exchanges are being processed as usual! At the moment we are still working on few stuck orders, but the majority is processed. If your exchange is still stuck, please let us know via support channels.

   Just a heads-up — today, between 18:15 and 20:10 UTC, we had some delays with processing ERC20 tokens payouts. Good news though — the issue has been sorted, and all the affected payouts have been processed. Everything’s back to normal now, but if you're still having trouble, please let us know.
