    Central 1 would like to advise that Telus is currently experiencing delays in processing bill payment trace requests. The impacted billers are: Telus Communications, Telus Mobility Inc, Telus Quebec and Telus Services Inc. At this time, the Central 1 Bill Payment tracing team will not be submitting 2nd and 3rd requests for any Telus traces as per their request. Telus expects to have the backlog cleared by mid-July.
