OBN Global has resolved the incident that delayed Card and Open Banking settlements to merchants on Wednesday 26 August. OBN Global will settle delayed funds to merchants as part of their normal settlement cycle. Please note, that as per Bank Holidays, merchants on daily settlement may receive a delay in settlement due to OBN Global not receiving funds from Card issuers. This is operationally normal, and not related to the resolved incident above.
Cardstream has identified an ongoing issue with Open Banking payments processed via Mastercard, where payments are being declined by the Mastercard retail bank client. The issue has been escalated to Mastercard for urgent investigation. Open Banking payments via OBN Global are affected by this.

Due to a delay in receiving funds/transaction details from an underlying payment provider, transactions captured on Friday and Saturday may be delayed from settlement to merchants. Transactions captured on Sunday are not delayed. OBN Global will onward settle delayed funds to merchants as part of normal settlement when they are received and processed. OBN Global apologises for any delay.
All delayed funds/transactions have been received by OBN Global and any outstanding amounts will be remitted to merchants as part of their normal settlement cycle.
