From 5:54 AM PDT to 7:40 AM PDT reports in CaptivateIQ were unable to be updated. This was caused by a configuration change at the infrastructure layer. The change was reverted to resolve the report updating issue. CaptivateIQ is now updating any and all reports that were impacted by this incident.
