We are aware of the issue some users are experiencing with accessing the Active Workpapers excel add-in. We are currently investigating and working with Microsoft to resolve this and will continue to update this notice as more information becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have escalated this issue to Microsoft, who have identified the cause and are working on a fix. We will share more updates as they become available.

**Update:** We have released a temporary workaround for the Microsoft deployment issue affecting the Workpapers add-in. Microsoft has expedited a replacement version of the Workpapers add-in that installs as a new Excel add-in, bypassing the caching and update issues impacting the current version. Internal testing and customer validation have confirmed that it provides the same functionality as the existing add-in. Customers can deploy the replacement add-in through the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre using the same deployment process as the current add-in. Deployment instructions are available in the knowledge base article below. We continue to work with Microsoft while their engineering team investigates and resolves the underlying issue with the original add-in.
