Known Issue: Error When Inserting Worksheets in Excel
Resolved after 2 hours 25 minutes, affecting Active Workpapers (API) and Active Workpapers (API) and 1 more, on June 25, 2026.
We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. Please close Excel and reopen the binders, and the error should no longer appear.

We're aware of an issue affecting some users when inserting worksheets. This appears to be caused by a recent change to a Microsoft library and is not related to your Office version or any updates on our side. Microsoft are aware of this and is treating it as a priority.
