    Our upstream network provider have advised us they will be conducting preventative network maintenance which may disrupt access to a number of Bigcommerce stores for a period of up to 60 seconds. Bigcommerce engineers will provide an update when the maintenance begins, if there is any service disruption to stores, and again at the completion of the maintenance.
