    Bigcommerce engineers have identified an issue on some of our database clusters. In order to prevent future degraded performance, we will be failing over to redundant database servers. There is no expected impact, but during the failover there might be slow response time for some users. No other impact is expected. This is a precautionary warning only in case we do see longer than expected response times.
