On November 20th at 16:00 CST, Bigcommerce engineers and network engineers with our network providers will be conducting planned maintenance on our network to improve our ability to manage denial of service attacks. During this 1.5 hour period, we do not expect a disruption to Bigcommerce stores, however as with any maintenance activity, there is always a possibility of something unexpected happening. Our engineers will be monitoring the maintenance and will be prepared to respond to any issues.
