Our credit report provider, Cotality (formerly CoreLogic Credco), is currently experiencing a service disruption that is affecting multiple clients across their platform. As a result, credit report requests may fail or be delayed. This is an issue on Cotality's side and is not caused by the Baseline platform — all of our other services remain fully operational. Cotality has acknowledged the issue and is working on a resolution. We will provide an update as soon as their service is restored.
