Between 15:01 and 15:11 UTC, a temporary network connectivity disruption affected part of the infrastructure supporting Mosaic Managed Services. Traffic was automatically redirected to our unaffected infrastructure, preventing a complete service outage and minimizing customer impact. During the same period, our messaging infrastructure also experienced connectivity issues, which may have resulted in degraded performance and delays in message processing.
