    Status: Resolved On October 19, 2026, between 12:33 and 13:32 UTC (08:33-09:32 EDT; 59 minutes), the Encoding Service in the US region did not accept new encoding job requests because of a configuration issue. Jobs already in progress were not affected. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally; any job requests rejected during this window can be resubmitted.
