A deployment to the Mosaic Identity Service and User Service prevented the services from starting, which caused authentication and login requests to fail. We reverted the change, and the service was restored at 6:15 UTC. We have confirmed normal operation since then. The underlying cause has been identified. We redeployed the corrected release the same day.
