We are investigating our Marysville Ohio Point of Presence dropping offline. Suspect a power issue service personnel are in route. All customers receiving service from the Marysville POP are currently down as are all WAVE circuits going through this location.

A multisite disruption has been identified affecting circuits provided by Metronet. Metronet is actively investigating and working toward restoration. No ETR is available at this time. Aunalytics cloud services are not impacted and remain fully operational. Aunalytics does not utilize Metronet as an upstream provider for ISP.

There have been reports of slowness on the Aunalytics Ohio Internet service. We are still gathering information on specifics but did notice that the direct peer to Akami, a content network provider we connect to via the Ohio Internet Exchange bounced several times last night. We have shut that peer to see if things improve as we investigate.

The issue appears to be resolved but the issue does not seem to be the content provider network and instead appears to be outage impacting DNS security products impacting users in the U.S. and the UK.

A fiber cut has been identified on Aunalytics circuits based on Elkhart County Fiber. Fiber repair teams are dispatching to evaluate and repair. No ETR is available at this time. Customers impacted have been failed over to site to site VPNs to their Cloud environments.

Cogent is currently experiencing connectivity issues affecting some AT&T and Frontier customers, resulting in increased latency and packet loss. While Cogent works to restore stability, we are proactively adjusting portions of our ISP routing to direct traffic over more optimal paths and minimize customer impact.

All observed Cogent connections appear to be stable and reliable. Any in place routing fixes put in place to mitigate the issue have been removed and we will continue to monitor the traffic.

A fiber issue has been identified between our Bellefontaine POP and Plain City POP. There are currently no service interruptions, and all traffic has successfully failed over to the redundant path as designed. We are currently working with our fiber provider to locate the issue and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as additional information becomes available. Due to severe weather crews have been delayed until morning to search for the issue.

Aunalytics has indentified an issue with the Comcast point to point circuit between KZ and South Bend. The circuit is experiencing packet loss which is dropping routing protocol between the sites. Customers may experience packet loss on ISP or Data Center to Data Center connectivity. We are engaging the carrier now.
