Is Aunalytics down?

A fiber cut has been identified on Aunalytics circuits based on Elkhart County Fiber. Fiber repair teams are dispatching to evaluate and repair. No ETR is available at this time. Customers impacted have been failed over to site to site VPNs to their Cloud environments.

Enrichment times on tickets are slower than normal for some tickets, currently investigating cause.

Cogent is currently experiencing connectivity issues affecting some AT&T and Frontier customers, resulting in increased latency and packet loss. While Cogent works to restore stability, we are proactively adjusting portions of our ISP routing to direct traffic over more optimal paths and minimize customer impact.

A fiber issue has been identified between our Bellefontaine POP and Plain City POP. There are currently no service interruptions, and all traffic has successfully failed over to the redundant path as designed. We are currently working with our fiber provider to locate the issue and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as additional information becomes available. Due to severe weather crews have been delayed until morning to search for the issue.

Fiber teams have been deployed and began testing to find the issue. At this time access to some areas to test fiber is still limited due to aftermath of severe weather. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as investigations continue.

**Potential Weather-Related Impact – Bellefontaine POP** Severe weather conditions in the Bellefontaine area have created conditions that could potentially impact our Bellefontaine POP. At this time, there is **no impact to services or operations**. Our teams are actively monitoring the situation and taking precautionary measures. We are proactively notifying customers out of an abundance of caution and will provide additional updates if conditions change.
