We are currently investigating issues with pages loading on the Consumer Interface, and processing sales through Sell and Sell+. We will be in touch as soon as possible with an update.

We are currently investigating an "HTTP Status 404 – Not Found" error seen on the Consumer Interface when trying to select an event to purchase, as well as issues processing orders through Sell and Sell+.

We have identified a slowdown within the Audience View Professional system. We are investigating, and we thank you for your patience.

We are currently investigating issues with printing hard tickets, and Consumer Interface issues (either not loading or slow response times).

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

We are still investigating issues affecting hard ticket printing, order processing in Sell and Sell+, and Consumer Interface loading. While some users may see improvements, others may still experience disruptions. We’ll share another update as soon as more information becomes available.

We are continuing to investigate these issues, including an HTTP 404 error pop-up seen on the Consumer Interface for some events. We will provide additional info as it becomes available.

Clients have reported issues with reports, opening/editing events on the admin side, and loading Consumer Interface pages. We are investigating and will provide updates via the status page as soon as possible.

The issue with accessing reports, opening/editing events, and loading Consumer Interface pages has been resolved. We will continue to monitor the results. We are currently investigating reports of issues with the Sell and Sell+ POS modules.

We have had further reports of Consumer Interface pages either not loading or showing error messages, and reports not loading, so we are investigating those issues again, along with errors in the Sell and Sell+ modules. We will provide updates as soon as they are available.
