We’re aware of an issue that is currently affecting hard ticket printing. In some cases, when attempting to print hard tickets, the page may time out or display a Cloudflare error. Mitigation steps taken so far Our team has made behind‑the‑scenes adjustments to better manage periods of higher traffic and improve overall system stability. These changes are intended as a temporary mitigation while we continue working toward a permanent resolution. What you can do in the meantime While our teams work on a final fix, the following options may help ensure smooth entry for patrons and can be used as interim solutions: - Print fewer tickets at a time: You may find it helpful to reduce the number of tickets selected for printing. Try selecting only a portion of the tickets within an order, click Print Hard Tickets, and then repeat the process for the remaining tickets. In some cases, it may be necessary to print one ticket at a time. - Offer e‑tickets: E‑tickets are emailed to patrons within a few minutes of purchase and can be scanned directly at the event. - Use Check‑In Mode: This option does not require printed tickets and allows patrons to be checked in using their order details. - Print e‑tickets if needed: From the View E‑tickets tab on the order details page, e‑tickets can be printed on a standard 8.5 x 11 printer.
